How do I track learner invites?
To track the invites to Unlimited (not individual course enrolments) that you have sent to your staff you will need to go to the Deals page of your Learning Manager account, then select your active deal. From there you will get an overview of how many Unlimited seats you have in the deal, how many have been allocated (i.e. invited and accepted), and how many are left to be allocated. If you have sent out an invite to Unlimited and this has not yet been accepted, this is counted as an available (i.e. not allocated) Unlimited seat. Available seats would also be counted for the amount of your overall seat allowances which you have not yet used.

Unlimited seat invite statuses
On this page you will also get a list of the learners to whom you have sent an Unlimited invite. On that list you will be able to see one of three states under the ‘Invitation status’ column, which are pending, accepted, and expired.
Pending: this means that the learner has been sent an invite to Unlimited under your deal, but not yet accepted it. You will also be able to see the date it was sent and re-send it to them by clicking 'Resend'.
Accepted: this means that the learner was invited to Unlimited via email and has accepted that invite. They will now have access to all of the benefits of Unlimited on their account.
Expired: this means that the learner was sent an invite to Unlimited, but did not accept it before it expired. Invites will expire within 4 weeks of being sent, if not accepted in that time.
What do I do if a learner’s invite has expired?
You will need to click on the 'resend' link under their invite status, as highlighted in the below screenshot:

This will send the learner a new invite, again from the email address please.do.not.reply@futurelearn.com. It will again expire in 4 weeks if not accepted, but can be resent as many times as needed.
