What does the invite look like?
Once you have sent an invite to Unlimited to a learner via your Unlimited deal, they will be sent an email from the email address please.do.not.reply@futurelearn.com which is titled ‘FutureLearn Invitation’

Troubleshooting missing invites
As these emails are coming from the FutureLearn platform, the domain they are coming from is @futurelearn.com which can mean they are re-directed by your email server’s settings. This means that they can end up in a junk/spam folder. If someone to whom you have sent an Unlimited invite can’t find it in their emails please ask them to check their junk/spam folder, or speak to your IT team about saving please.do.not.reply@futurelearn.com to your safe senders list.
How to accept the invite and access FutureLearn
Once they have found and clicked on the link in that email to accept their Unlimited invite, they will be taken to a registration page on FutureLearn where they can create an account on FutureLearn for themselves. Alternatively, if they have an existing account on FutureLearn they can log in to that account. Either way, once they are logged in to the site they will then have Unlimited access applied to that account; and be able to start learning straight away.
How can a learner confirm that they have accepted their Unlimited invite?
Under the Subscriptions section of their account, which you can direct them to via this link- https://www.futurelearn.com/account/subscriptions they should be able to see their Unlimited subscription. It will state the name of the organisation under which their Unlimited access has been allocated, and what date that access is valid until. It should also state that the subscription is active.

What does a learner get once they have access to Unlimited?
Being subscribed to Unlimited means the learner can get the following benefits on all of the courses included in Unlimited:
- Unrestricted learning time; all course content is available as soon as they join a course, and they can keep accessing the whole course for as long as they are subscribed to Unlimited (and longer if they earn a certificate on that course)
- Unlock all course tests, which will then count towards the end of course certificate
- Access to Certificates of Achievement for all courses completed in full. You can read more about our certificates here- Records of completion.
