In this article we will cover how your Learning Managers can track the courses your learners have been enrolled on via Learning Manager, as well as get details on the level of progress made on each course by your learners.
Table of contents:
Courses overview
Learning Managers can get an overview of all of the courses on which learners are enrolled by using the courses dashboard.

Downloading learner reports
You can generate a CSV report of all your learner reports at anytime from your Learning Manager account, by clicking on the link labelled 'Learner reports' from your Learning Manager dashboard.

Once you click this link, a message will display that your report is being generated and will be sent to you via email once it is ready.

You will then be sent a link to the generated report via email, sent to the email address that you have used to log in to FutureLearn and request the report from Learning Manager.

This report gives you a full list of all of your enrolled learners by name and profile ID, with the names of the courses on which they are enrolled and the progress made on each course on which they are enrolled. You can use filters within CSV (or convert it to Excel/Google Sheets) to drill down into the details of the report, such as how many learners enrolled in a particular time period.
