What is Learning Manager?
Learning Manager is a learner management system within FutureLearn, through which you can bulk enrol your staff on courses on FutureLearn. For a more detailed guide, please look through our Learning Manager demonstration guide.

How much does it cost?
We offer the Learning Manager package deal with a one-off fee for a year’s access, with 100 course enrolments included in the set-up fee.
How many learners can join?
We place no restrictions on the number of learner enrolments you use, but after the first 100 enrolments you will be charged for each enrolment at the price of each course.
One enrolment means one learner enrolled on one course, so if you have 100 learners enrolled on a single course that would be 100 enrolments. If you have 1 learner enrolled on 100 courses that would also be 100 enrolments.
How long is access for?
Once a learner is enrolled on a course via Learning Manager they have long-term access to that course, even once your year of Learning Manager has expired.
Learner enrolments can be revoked by your account admins if needed, for example if a learner left your organisation and was no longer eligible for benefits such as personal learning development access.

Can I enrol my learners on a course which isn’t currently available to join?
For open (i.e. currently available to join) courses, an invite link will enrol learners on the current or next available run of the course at the time of clicking the link. An invite link will not work if there are no runs of the course open for enrolment.

How would we be charged for Learning Manager?
You will be charged via invoice for the initial setup fee, which includes 100 free enrolments to be used in the first 12 months of your access to Learning Manager. Once those have been used, you will be charged monthly for all of the enrolments done in that month.
Is there a limit on organisation size for using Learning Manager?
No, but for smaller numbers of enrolments (100 or less) we would recommend using our voucher system instead of Learning Manager. You can read more about the voucher system here- Bulk purchase - voucher codes

We don’t currently have this facility, but you can get a visual walkthrough from the below video or via our Learning Manager walkthrough.
