In this article we will show you how to manage enrolled learners in your Learning Manager account, including removing them from Learning Manager and viewing their individual course progress.

Managing enrolled learners
Learning Managers can remove learners from individual courses as well as removing their registration under your organisation's Learning Manager account (which will remove all of their course enrolments) altogether. They can also view the individual progress of learners on each course to which they have been invited.

How does removing a learner affect reports?
Removing a learner from Learning Manager will remove them and all of their data from reports. This is retroactive, meaning they will not be included in reporting from the moment you remove them.
If you plan to remove one or more learners from Learning Manager, please ensure that your records are up to date first.
