Once your organisation has set up an Unlimited for Teams account at FutureLearn, they will be able to use that account to issue invites to their staff via email to join that account and get individual access to Unlimited.
The invite link to join Unlimited will be sent to you via email from the email address please.do.not.reply@futurelearn.com, and be titled ‘Futurelearn invitation’.
It will look like this:

Accepting the invitation
Once you have opened the email with your invite link, click on the link in the line ‘Click here to accept this invitation’. You will then be sent to the FutureLearn website and given the options to either sign in to an existing account on FutureLearn, if you have one already created, or to register for a new account.
If you do already have an account on FutureLearn, we recommend that you sign in to this account rather than creating a new one. This is because it is against FutureLearn’s Code of Conduct to have more than one account on the site, and to help you avoid confusion in logging in and accessing your courses.
Once you are signed in to your new or existing account on FutureLearn from the invite link, you will then be taken to the catalogue page for all of the courses you can join via Unlimited. You can preview that page here. You can narrow down this page into different subject areas, and search for courses to join using our topic pages as well. Troubleshooting missing invites
If you have been advised that an invite to Unlimited has been sent to you, but you can’t find it in your emails then please follow the below troubleshooting steps:
- Check with your organisation to which email address it has been sent
- Check your junk/spam folder for emails from please.do.not.reply@futurelearn.com
- Check with your IT team if please.do.not.reply@futurelearn.com can be added as a safe sender in your email server’s settings, then ask for the invite to be re-sent to you
If you find the invite email and click on the link and it states that it has expired, please ask your organisation to re-issue your invite. Invites to Unlimited will expire if not accepted within 4 weeks of sending.
How will I know that I’ve accepted the invitation?
Once you have accepted your invite and are logged in to FutureLearn, you should be able to see Unlimited listed under the Subscriptions area of your FutureLearn account. This will look like the below, except that it will name your organisation instead of ‘FutureLearn Staff’:
